An Alternative Reality indeed...

Alternative Reality Movies is on Facebook.

Jar Jar Binks in the 1st movie would have either killed the franchise or turn it into something for children...
They could have replace Jar Jar with Jaxxon

Here's Jar Jar!
Did he sound more like Skrid? Not sure of the spelling here. Or did he sound more like Kermit?

Also, Christopher Lee as Palpatine/Darth Sidious would've been very different from Ian McDiarmid's take. McDiarmid's Palpatine was a gleefully cackling villain.

Lee's Palpatine would've been a more noble character, at least at first sight. If it's done right, the viewer wouldn't even know that Palpatine and Sidious are the same character until some time in the third movie, or late in the second movie.

Company of Heroes: A philanthropist runs a seemingly bumbling new business that's actually staffed by superheroes under secret identities. The film is primarily about an employee who gets sucked into the life of his obnoxious boss, who turns out to be the greatest hero in the world, and both gain a new respect for each other and conduct their lives more productively by the end.

Seven Brides for Seven Brothers (1954) staring Jane Powell and Howard Keel.

This is the same film as the real one but instead of being filmed on a sound stage in Hollywood with badly painted back drops much of it's filmed on location in Oregon.

Race With The Devil (2016)

An extremely violent remake of the 1975 cult classic of the same name.

Dir: Robert Rodriguez

Plot: Two couples on vacation in a motor home have to run for their lives across numerous Texas counties trying to get to safety after seeing Devil worshipers murder a women.

It would be the first time that Henry Cavil and Tom Cruise would work together and the success of the movie would inspire them to work together again in the forth coming Mission Impossible: Fallout movie

Cast:

Tom Cruise: Roger Marsh
Henry Cavil: Frank Stewart
Olivia Wilde: Alice
Olivia Munn: Kelly
Lee R Emery: Sheriff Taylor
Ted Levine: Clay Tanner
Colin Farrell: Cal Mathers
Eric Balfour: Gun Shop Owner
Jason Statham: Gas Station Attendent

Other Bad Guys

Dennis Haysbert
Xander Berkeley
James Morrison
Jason Beghe
Timothy Olyphant
Walton Goggins
Nicl Searcy

Although making $200m on a $60m budget the film and being a box office success the movie was criticized in some quarters of the media for not only portraying Texans in a bad light and as Devil worshipers hicks but being extremely violent in it's portrayal of the couples continual attempts to get across county lines using fire arms

Found on the net.
What would the casting be like on this one?

Would Paul be Kermit or one of the handful of Human players. (In which case Kermit could be Duke Leto and Miss Piggy the most ridiculous Jessica ever) Or would they do a split where all the Atreides and Fremen are played by Muppets, and the Harkonnens by real people.
(Some are fairly obvious such as Fozzie as Stilgar, and Dr Bunsen Honeydew as Thufir Hawat, with an inexplicable Beaker. Would The Great Gonzo make a better Duncan, or Gurney Halleck?)
