A Blank Map Thread

Could someone add borders of states to this map?:

Maybe use this map to overlay it with the map above:

Or this one:

Hey, I was wondering if you still had the files for the blank maps. The links for these don't seem to be working.

The maps for America and Europe helped me out big time a couple months back, but I may have kinda forgotten to download the rest of the base maps.
Hey, can you repost it? Looks like the folder is empty...

Does anybody have a nice map of Westeros?? (QBAM Height map preferably)
its throwback time:

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this but is there a program that can change every pixel of a certain color to another? I know GIMP does it but I couldn't quite figure out how to choose the exact color I wanted, thanks.

some programs have functions that use a exchange brush you pick the colour to be replaced, set colour tolerance. set new colour. and then can use the replace brush to replace the colour.
Paint shop pro has it. (but that is paid program)

Paint.net (free from here) can do it using the Recolour tool: https://www.getpaint.net/doc/latest/RecolorTool.html
You can choose the colour you want using either the Colour Picker (see https://www.getpaint.net/doc/latest/ColorPicker.html) or using the Colour box (see https://www.getpaint.net/doc/latest/ColorsWindow.html) which allows you to pick a colour from a colour wheel or, via the 'More' button, using RGB or HSV.

Other programs will have something similar, but Paint.net is the one I know.
