WI: John, Prince of Asturias has a surviving daughter?

John, Prince of Asturias was the son of Isebella I of Castille and Ferdinand II of Aragon. He was the heir the Crowns of Aragon & Castille, and was married to Margaret of Austria. However, John had a fragile health and an unexpected wrench was thrown into the mix when John died in 1497 at age 19, devastating his parents. The next person in line was his nephew, Miguel da Paz, Prince of Portugal, (Which could've led to an earlier Iberian Union) but then he died in infancy in 1500, which lead to his sister Joanna becoming the heir, along with her husband, Philip the Handsome. This would spell the end of the Trastámara Dynasty and the establishment of Habsburg Spain under Charles I (Or Charles V).

However, before John died, his wife Margaret was actually pregnant in 1498, but gave birth to a premature stillborn daughter.

What if that daughter lived? What if John, Prince of Asturias and Margaret of Austria had a healthy baby girl that lives into adulthood (And for this scenario, named Isabella)?

How would this effect succession? Does the Crown of Castille & Aragon past to John's daughter or go the older Joanna and her husband. Philip? Who could this daughter marry in the future?

(Side note: Miguel da Paz still dies in 1500; Going to save discussion that for another day)

Castile would surely go to John‘s daughter but securing Aragon for her would be more complicated and likely would require a wedding between the princess and Alfonso of Segorbe (who is the alternate heir to Aragon)

Seems like a very good match for her then.
