How would Europe shape up, if the Huns never managed more than a stalemate with the Goths in mid/late 4th century?
It would probably delay, lessen or even butterfly the Gothic invasions (starting with the Gothic War in Eastern Roman Empire), since they initially started rampaging because they fled the Huns, and generally ease the pressure on the Roman empires from Barbarian tribes flooding in from the northeast.
